Hao Finder is an IT and Real Estate company established in 2016 to ease Access to and Management of verified Housing or Accommodation and Property for Buy/Sale in Africa.

With rising levels of misinformation in the Real-Estate industry, Hao Finder proptech has invented PropertyDCI

We have been collecting data for this solutions for 3 years now. We are leveraging the Power of Microsoft - Azure in prototyping this solution. GPU(s) are necessary in delivering accelerated and accurate rendering of the analysed property images and KYCs.

The Work Product

The product is the AI component of the Company’s Influencer Marketing platform that leverages big data to analyze influencer behavior and leverage their power for brand marketing.

The components include:

1. A crawler to scrape all open IG, FB and Twitter listed properties and prospective buyers in Kenya which include comments, captions and photos from social media users. This property database should be updated progressively.

2. Psycographic analysis to be able to determine best economic, emotional fit between properties and their potential buyers.

3. GIS model to advise prospects on the best property fit for their budget and investment plan. Using parameters such as neighborhood reputation, proximity to social amenities, available transit routes.

4. Omnichannel integration for FB Messenger and WhatsApp.

5. Chatbot conversational model for prospect engagement and support.

PROPERTYDCI PROGRESS

We are now in the product prototyping phase after gathering enough use cases and building technical capacity. We intent to launch the product in December this year.
