Property Request: Apartment

I am a UN staff and I look for a furnished apartment with my husband in the UN blue zone that accepts our cat as well. We look for a clean apartment with hopefully new, clean and practical furnitures, kitchen appliences (cleaned from ingrained grease, steel pots instead of heavily scratched non-stick pots), Swimming Pool, Gym, Security. A convenience store nearby would also be helpful. We are concerned about the quality of home, a smaller but better construction quality home is preferable to a bigger home for us. We need a decent work desk at home. We prefer nearby neighbourhoods to the UN Compound that can be accessed via Uber. We also would like to have a dishwasher at home which is the gold standard in all homes in our country. Finally, we are concerned about the insects, including mosquitos and cockroaches so we would prefer a really well maintained home with window and door nets if possible.
