The compound is very spacious with ample parking spots. All the roads within the estate are Cabro paved and clean. The outside lighting is very good both during day and night. The estate has a perimeter wall with security guards at the gate. There are shops within the estate for virtually everything. A shopping mall(Colohomall) is opening soon.
