Our Charges

🏠 Residential Property

(Houses, Homes, Apartments for Rent)

30% of the monthly rent or your budget as a fee

Example: If the rent is KES 50,000, you will pay us KES 15,000

🏢 Commercial Property

(Offices, Shops, Warehouses, Industrial Parks, Agricultural Land)

50% of the monthly rent or your budget, OR 3% of the property market price as a fee

Examples:

If the rent is KES 50,000 → You pay KES 25,000
If the property is selling at KES 1,000,000 → You pay KES 30,000

🎓 Special Groups

(Students and Confirmed Vulnerable/Special Groups)

10% of the monthly rent OR KES 1,000 — whichever amount comes first
